More information about our school can be accessed by reading our prospectus, this is available via the School Office or by downloading from this site.  Here our Office Manager will be happy to help you with all your requirements, including visits to the School.

At High Beech School we pride ourselves on a happy atmosphere where each child feels valued and involved, interested and motivated to learn.  We seek to develop self-confidence, respect and tolerance towards others and the ability to work co-operatively.  We try to provide an environment in which every child can realise his/her full potential, develop skills and gain knowledge relevant to the world in which he/she lives.

Here are some of our recent achievements and events

The covered waiting area for parents at the front of the school has been improved with a notice board and bench added, funded by the PTA.  The PTA have spent a lot of time improving the entrance and pathway up to school, we also have a new school sign.

We now have a larger, brighter entrance area, with a notice board showing children's achievements.
  

                        

High Beech has now been accredited with Healthy Schools Status.

Being involved in the Primary learning network project and benefiting from the additional funding and the link with other local schools.

All school clubs are well supported and for the Summer term these include e-folio, football, choir, recorder, drama/dance with tennis starting after Easter.

The school would like to thank the PTA for all their generous fundraising for the school.

Haiti Fundraising.

A revised total for the fund raising on Friday, 12^th February -  the new total is £1531. Thank you so much for your very generous donations. You have excelled yourselves once again!

Parking

We have received a few complaints regarding parking.  Please can we ask you to park thoughtfully. A copy of our Good Parking Policy is available on our Letters Home page.  We ask you to follow this and hopefully this will help with traffic congestion outside the school.
